Paint in between tiny toes…

🎨🎨🎨Our youngest children were in need of an extra bubbly bath when they got home recently after they’d had a full scale massive floor painting experience! They explored a huge sheet of paper covering the floor with paintbrushes, cars and their hands, fingers, toes, bottoms, elbows… literally the whole of their bodies!! Our children soon spontaneously took to rubbing and brushing the paint on their own bodies and sometimes on their friends’ bodies too and they found it hilarious!! It was definitely a full body sensory experience for those who wanted it to be! For others it was a chance to simply sit/kneel/reach across and drive cars through the paint and experiment with a range of brushes and other tools. Our children could choose to access and experience this giant messy play in any way they felt comfortable with and were driven to do so… all this was followed by individual bubbly baths for those who had chosen to immerse themselves in the full body sensory experience! It was definitely the process that was important here, not the finished product, but our children still stood back and admired their GIGANTIC messy masterpiece afterwards too…. So, all in all, we’re sure you’ll agree, the final product was pretty amazing too!!! Pieces of it will be making their way into our children’s treasured paper memories books soon as a very special keepsake for them to look back upon in future times and reflect fondly upon crazy, amazing whole body painting sessions at Jollies!! (And mummies and daddies can breathe yet another sigh of relief that they don’t have to undertake such activities at home… 🤣😂🤣😂) xxxx
