A HUGE thank you to Team Jollies who gave up some of their very precious Saturday to do/renew their Paediatric First Aid. They’d already completed the online element of the course, but today they got stuck in with the assistance of our two lovely trainers from Tigerlily Training to complete the practical side.
It was great to get together and refresh our knowledge, understanding and skills although we really hope never to have to put them into use aside from dealing with the usual bumps and grazes that are part and parcel of little ones’ everyday lives….
Thank you Team Jollies for being you and for your dedication and hopefully we’ll all be ‘stronger together’ should first aid situations arise as we can support and guide each other.
Let’s hope it can all stay as theory that we never have to put into practice, but today’s training should give us the understanding we need to be effective first aiders should there be a need…
